Community Groups
Community groups at COAH Somerville exist to glorify God by forming disciples and fostering a family culture in our church body.
CGs are more than just once-a-week gatherings of smaller groups of people; they are friends who become family and participate in the rhythms of life together. Community groups are the way we live out the Christian life practically at City on a Hill Somerville. Our goal is to constantly remind one another of the good news of Jesus Christ and love one another intentionally and tangibly.
We always recommend that you try to find the group that meets closest to where you live. This often helps you see each other more than just once a week so that you can truly live life together. If there are several groups close to you, choose whichever one you think will work best!
Our CGs are split into two models: weekly and rotational. Weekly groups meet as a full, co-ed group once a week. Rotational groups follow a set schedule: full group one week, then men-only the next, full group again, then women only.
