CoaH Network 2025 Fall Retreat

  • Camp Spofford 24 New Hampshire 9A Spofford, NH, 03462 United States (map)

Join us for the COAH Network Retreat at Camp Spofford in New Hampshire on October 24–26, 2025 for a weekend to slow down, worship together, and re-center our lives on Jesus amidst a busy fall schedule. We will spend rich time in God’s Word, provide space for unhurried prayer, and meaningful connection with friends across our network churches, all with an eye toward fostering a renewed love for Christ and fresh courage for everyday missional living.

Registration Info

Registration includes housing, meals, childcare, and activities. Registration closes October 6.

How Registration Works

  1. Select your situation and the number of registrants (pricing can be viewed on step one of the registration process)

    - Tentel – A private, one‑family rustic cabin without its own bathroom. Limited to families.

    - Private Room – A private room with a queen bed and bunks for children. Limited to families with children.
    - Common Room - There are male-only and female-only common rooms. This is for anyone who is not traveling with children, including married couples.

    - Tent Camping – Bring your own tent and camp onsite.

    - Off‑Site Lodging – You arrange your own lodging offsite.

    - Saturday Only – You’re only coming for Saturday’s program and meals.

  2. Add a housing/participation fee for each person – After choosing your registration type, Planning Center will display “Add‑Ons” for each age group. This is where you select the fee for each person. For families, select one add‑on per family member (adult, age 0–2, 3–12, 13–18). Individuals will choose between “Attached Bathroom” or “External Bath House.” Tent campers and off‑site attendees have their own add‑ons by age. Saturday Only registrants must select the Saturday day‑rate add‑on for each person.

  3. While we encourage everyone to commit their weekend and spend 2 nights, we understand that sometimes that is simply not possible. If you can only stay one night, you may apply the discount code ONENIGHTONLY to get $20 off your registration.

  4. Optional: support the scholarship fund – You can add a donation to help offset costs for others.

  5. Complete household information and payment – Provide names and emergency contacts and finish checkout. You can pay in full or make a partial payment. Contact us if cost is a barrier; scholarships are available.

Registration fees will be capped at $450.

If you total due exceeds $450, make a partial payment of $450 and your balance will be settled.

Scholarships are available for any who may need financial assistance in order to attend. You may indicate this on your registration form and make a partial payment now or pay later.

Our goal is to make registering as straightforward as possible. If you have any questions at any point, please reach out to retreat@coahchurch.org—we’re happy to help.

About the Speaker

This year we’re delighted to welcome Pastor and author Jamaal E. Williams to our retreat. Jamaal serves as the lead pastor of Sojourn Church Midtown in Louisville and as President of the Harbor Network, where he equips churches for healthy, gospel-centered ministry. He is the coauthor (with Timothy Paul Jones) of In Church as It Is in Heaven: Cultivating a Multiethnic Kingdom Culture, a book that blends biblical vision with practical steps for pursuing unity across cultures.

At this year’s retreat, Jamaal will teach directly from the core concepts of In Church as It Is in Heaven, unpacking a biblical vision for multiethnic kingdom culture and translating it into concrete practices for our context: listening and lament, repentance and reconciliation, Spirit-shaped hospitality, shared leadership, and patient discipleship. Expect warm, practical guidance that deepens our love for Jesus and equips us to pursue unity, hospitality, and mission, on earth as it is in heaven.
